Joel turns 4

 

Joel turns 4 today.  He's been asking this whole year, is it my birthday yet?  He is full of a lot of passion and enthusiasm for life.  He does not like to be left behind.  He loves running and racing his helicopter.  He loves getting dirty and can keep up with the older kids fine.  We went to Heritage park today where he caught frogs. His big birthday gift was a sandbox.  We love our little buddy!  And yes the cicadas are loud here, so why not make a dirt dessert with cicadas to remember the year.

Space and Rocket Center

Saturday was Michael's birthday. Jeremiah had written a letter to the Cincinnati reds and got two free red tickets to give to his dad for his birthday. We gave Michael his gifts and handed to his biggest gift, the Space and rocket Center in Huntsville alabama. We found a cabin in Joe Wheeler State Park to stay in so we could go to this rocket Center for the day. Michael had been wanting to go to space camp here when he was real young. He has always wanted to come and visit this Museum from NASA.

 

Goodbye, Florida

We loved Pinnacle port, our place to stay.  The last day, Jeremiah went fishing and we enjoyed some time at the beach and pool. The waves were really rough this time as the wind was really whipping and for most of the week we could not swim but we still had beautiful weather and a lot of fun. We also went to this village wharf to watch the sunset and saw a man catch a big catfish.  Goodbye, Florida.  Lord willing, we will be back.
