Lydias 1st Birthday was on a Tuesday this year. We decided to go to Ikea and meet a friend and Lydia's little friend Mark who is a few weeks older than her. We had Ikea's free lunch on Tuesday for kids and played in the play area. Then we came home and took naps.
In the evening for Lydia's birthday we went to one of her favorite places- LaRosas and we had pizza as a family as we know Lydia loves pizza- ok so maybe it is just the rest of the family! I think she was happy though!
Everyone is loving the pizza- especially Jeremiah and Daddy! :) He loves the gluten free pizza!
We came home and Lydia had birthday cake for the second time that week which she loved and then we opened up her presents- she didn't get too much from us but we did give Lydia her very own Hebrew board book. She loves books and we thought it was high time for her to have her own Hebrew book. :) Despite her Hebrew middle name Eliah and Daddy's efforts to get her to speak Hebrew as her first word- her first word this week seems to be the same as Jeremiah's at this age- "Uh-Oh!' A profound first word from the Lyons children. :)
