Cumberland Falls...

Almost a month ago, we went to Cumberland Falls near Corbin, Kentucky.  They say the falls are second to Niagara on the East coast and it was pretty impressive.  They are also known for their Moon bow which is interesting- a rainbow seen only when a full moon reflects on the falls.  Apparently, a lot of people come to see this amazing thing.  It was fun to get away and spend time together with little Joel tagging along.  We hiked and hiked and spent some good time in the sun and fresh air.  Little Joel did fairly well on our hikes.  So thankful for time to get away with Michael and enjoy time together and thankful for those who keep the kids for this refreshment time.

West Fork Park

The weather has been beautiful this week and I am so thankful after a very cloudy and rather dreary November.  We are hitting the parks these days and enjoying the sun while we can.

Joel- 5 Months...

Joel at 5 months- we brought up his bouncer and jumper.  He loves to squeal and suck his two middle fingers.  He loves when his siblings pay attention to him and play with him.

Joel- 5 months

This is precious little Joel at 5 months!  He loves his two middle fingers right now and has found them to pacify himself.  We brought up the jumper and now he is learning how to jump like the rest of his siblings.  Joel loves to talk now and give big smiles.  I think sometimes he gets confused who his Mama is and Lydia loves to give him hugs and is always over there with him.  She thinks he is her baby.  Love this sweet little boy.  He loves to sleep and naps well and is a good sleeper at night.

Princess Night...

Our sweet friend Grace went with us a few weeks ago to take Lydia to Chick-fil-A to Princess Night. Lydia thinks she is a princess and she thinks princesses are real.
