 Joel Update:  This boy loves to run and explore.  He loves to run full speed and knock you down.  He loves to play with tiles and turtles and make a big mess!  He is into climbing onto train tables and couches- he loves to climb!  He is a busy boy and lots of toddler energy.  He loves rooming with Lydia right now.  He loves talking to her before bed.  

Josiah's 4th Birthday!

 Josiah turned 4 years old on Feb. 28.  On his birthday we went to Chick-fil-A for dinner and I let the kids have an indoor camping night.  They camped out in the living room with their tents and new sleeping bags for the night!  Josiah also got to move to the bottom bunk of the bed.  He was nervous to do this but now is doing a great job.

These two are great birthday buddies!  We caught them in the church nursery both with choo-choo trains on their shirts!  

Space Adventure Party!

 This year we did an "Out of This World" field trip- a truly space adventure party!!  We had a woman from Cincinnati Observatory talk to us about the planets and we took a virtual trip through the galaxies with some amazing programs she had.  Then we had a space cake.  Jeremiah made a Mars pinata.  Then we played some Gaga Asteroid Ball and other fun games.  It was out of this world!

Lydia's Birthday Tea...

 Lydia has been wanting a birthday tea for a long time.  We decided to do a Mother/Daughter Tea and had a great time with some of her friends and moms.  So this is Lydia's 6 year old tea party!

 On Lydia's birthday, we a few friends over to play.  Lydia had a dress up time with her friend.  We enjoyed dinner at Skyline together and Lydia got to sleep in her new bed.  On her birthday, she moved in with Joel to be a roomie with him.

Lydia got a new bed on her birthday night!  She is now moved across the hall with Joel, they are now roomie buddies and having a great time together!  Lydia is also very excited to be a flower girl in my brother's wedding in May- we are looking for a flower girl dress for her!

Parents Fun Weekend

 A few weeks ago, we enjoyed visiting with my parents.  We had a fun Valentine's dinner together and went swimming in my parent's hotel pool.  Most of the kids all slept in the same room!  We went up to the Air Force Museum for the kids to see the planes.  We went to Jeremiah's basketball game and had some fun times together enjoying popcorn.  It was such a fun visit with the family for the kid's birthdays!
