A new door

 We have a new door in our hallway!  We can now look from one bathroom to the other and Joel has his room across the hall.  We are so thankful for this added space!

Reds Game...

The Library gave us tickets this year for reading to the Reds game!  This was our first time going all as a family!

Soccer, soccer...

 Jeremiah is starting soccer.  He loves it so far but really has no experience playing yet.  We chose to have him play through the YMCA because we had a membership for the summer and saved us money, plus the team he is on only plays and practices Saturday morning.  We want to be so careful what we have our children in so that we are not running crazy to all kinds of activities.  We want to assess everything we decide to do with whether it will work with our family culture.  Here comes #2,  working on skills and LOTS of energy!

First Day of School...

It has been quite the 2 weeks.  Michael has had Hand, Foot and Mouth for the past week and has had bad sores in his mouth.  He survived on these- Star Wars popsicles.

Last week we started school and I came back with a cold and felt horrible last week.  So thankful the Lord's mercy is new for this new week to start over again.  So because we felt so bad last week and didn't take any pictures- here is our pictures for the week starting school this year.

Joel- 2 months

 Here's baby Joel at 2 months old.  He was is starting to smile and talk to us regularly.  He still is fussy at times but was doing great at sleeping through the night around 7 weeks, until we went on vacation last week.  He's a cute little munchkin and so far really loves his pacy- the kids loves to suck and it is the only thing that calms him down.

State Fair

 A few weeks ago, we visited the Ohio State Fair.  It was fun to walk around and see all the animals.  We even did a scavenger hunt for different facts about animals for free ice cream.  

Potty Week...

It is potty week here.  We are all working on pottying, Jeremiah and Lydia are working on overnight training and Josiah, well he is just working on making it to the potty. This is his true face when sitting on the potty.  He's going to be a hard one but boy can he hold his bladder.  He only goes a few times a day which makes practice difficult.  And I literally have to hold him down on the potty when he goes kicking and screaming.  Some things in life are not easy.
